Applications • Credentials level for Oracle CDB and PDB

Hi all,
is the first time for me to start a backup in a containerised database.
After reading all Veeam documentation I have a single doubt.
"The OS or database user accounts must have SYSBACKUP privileges to perform backup and restore operations". This is permission required but can I have a single user at CDB level or I need to have 1 user for every PDBs?
