I believe you can install the latest plugin for VBAz (if not already installed) and then upgrade it to 8.0 (as this is the supported version for your VBR version) once connected to VBR 12.3.2.3617?
Do you see any versions available via the updater in VBAz? It could be useful to open a support case for additional assistance to see what can be done here.
