Hi Forums!
I am working to setup Veeam Backup for Salesforce with a large client. We connected it to their Sandbox without issue, however, now that it's time for connecting to their production Salesforce we're getting issues connecting to the environment.
The core difference we see is their sandbox is just a regular authentication, but their production Salesforce is behind an SSO (Okta).
Does Veeam Backup for Salesforce support connecting through an SSO interface? I'm thinking there must be some kind of conditional access within Okta or Salesforce that we'll have to punch through to allow the oAuth tokens to work?
The error we're getting is HTB8:
I would appreciate any advice or insight anyone may have.
