Indeed, this is all taking a very long time.

Adjust the current method <Source SkipVirusWarning="/personal/user_name_com/PreservationHoldLibrary" /> to <Source SkipVirusWarning=TRUE/> would be nice and maybe easy to implement.

does this method to exclude individual users actually exist? I've never seen it before
we have 10,000+ users and many proxy servers so doing it this way would not be practical but could possibly be automated

i can't even find a KB that references the proxy source strings you mentioned, but if you have any more info i'm interested, thanks
