Currently our warnings are more informational and can be quite numerous, which is why we don't alert on them. For example the Virus detected issue you point out indicates that M365 has detected a virus, and we are warning you that as a result we skipped that file. The virus/malware notification in that case should come from M365. Other common warnings include M365 users who do not have a one drive to backup.
But thank you for your suggestion, we do have some significant changes coming to both how we log warnings and errors and how we surface them to users, and I'll add your input regarding notification on warnings to that.
