Veeam Backup & Replication v12.3 only supports 14.x and 15.x. For now, please update PostgreSQL within the v15 release cycle. The latest version should be 15.10. Before proceeding with the upgrade, ensure you create a Veeam configuration backup.
PostgreSQL v17 will be supported in our next major release.
