Safest method to avoid issues is the one by vitami, reinstall from scratch
- remove every Veeam component on the PC
- ( manual cleanup of Veeam folders and registry keys, just to be sure )
- install VeeamBackup&ReplicationConsole_13.0.1.180.exe
- install VeeamBackup&Replication_13.0.1.2067_patch_20260310.exe
- reboot and confirm that "C:\Program Files\Veeam\Backup and Replication\Console\Veeam.Backup.UI.Launcher.dll" version is on is on 13.0.1.2067
- connect Console to Veeam Backup Server (VSA) - no more oauth2 error - and let Console be updated to 13.0.1.2213
