We strongly recommend against using exFAT as a backup target (KB4233). Additionally, starting with v6, exFAT is no longer supported as a backup target (Release Notes - Page 4).
Please try a different file system, such as NTFS. If the issue continues, contact our Customer Support team for proper investigation. v6 is still supported, but no further fixes are planned. If NTFS also does not help, you may need to upgrade Windows Server to a supported version and update Veeam Agent to v13.
