after restarting Veeam service and broker service, issue solved. Actually when you restart Veeam service, broker and other services gets restarted.

I had this issue on Veeam Backup & Replication 13. Never faced this issue with older version on Hyper-V. Used 2 places Veeam Backup & Replication 12 on Hyperv.

Only difference was that i joined HyperV to domain after installing Veeam 13 Software and made changed IP.
