We have run into an issue trying to delete repositories. Our Configuration Database Resynchronize job (Veeam.Backup.Manager.exe "STARTRESYNC") is running so often we almost continually have an instance of the job running. Sometimes they will stack where one hasn't even finished and another fires off. You cannot delete a repository while this is running. Also it updates the job with an end time but the status is still working, so you have to look at the status and can't trust the end time. We opened a support ticket and they pointed us to being able to kill the windows task and this did allow us to delete the repositories but we had to continually watch for the job to kick off and kill it as soon as we saw it. After doing this several times to get some of our repositories to delete, our backup jobs started to fail. When we tried to look at the properties of the job, we would get errors and couldn't even open many of them. We stopped services and rebooted the VBR server and jobs are working but this isn't really an acceptable thing to do just to be able to delete some repositories. Please provide a way to temporarily halt that STARTRESYNC job from being able to run. Or make it where it only locks the repository it is currently working on and not every repository.
