Speaking with Nutanix support yesterday and they've confirmed that we are correctly authenticating and performing token refresh in accordance with the prescribed steps in https://portal.nutanix.com/page/documen ... 0005xVh0AI. They believe they have identified the potential problem source and are continuing to pursue a resolution. Current workarounds such as raising the aggregate session limit is working for at least one existing customer with the issue (5K --> 7K) and I believe increasing CBT change region has also been a temporary solution for some customers as well. Will continue to update this thread with new developments.
