And i would advice you to go for XFS. We use multiple Apollo/Alletra with XFS and Storage Snapshot configured to our complete satisfaction based on HPE best practices.
We had Windows before but i would never go back.
Not sure how much data you have but maybe for the next time you could consider using the smaller ones 4120 as your primary target with short term and storage snapshots and use the 4140 for long term on your offsite and hardened
