That's expected, you can't do an in-place upgrade of standalone/free agents with this security patch. This has been already discussed in the corresponding forum.

Ok, I'll give you that, I assumed that since it has always worked that way it would work again this time, but you know what they say about people who assume...

Fair, we will try to make it work in future full ISOs for when full ISO is used to patch the same release.
