Hi,

This is correct for multi-tenant VSPCs at present. The migration tool stops the VB365 services as part of migration to ensure consistency so migrating a single tenant would trigger an outage for all customers running on that installation. I'm assuming you have multiple customers within a single installation? Or are you installing each customer to a dedicated VB365 server?
