I'll keep the community informed, but frankly, I'm starting to get fed up with support... back and forth sending logs and taking actions that are useless...
Maybe one day I'll get to talk directly to the people who know... and not just the messenger who only passes messages on to his superiors.
Or maybe I'll finally get a real remote session so I can take control and do everything necessary to find a solution...
In the meantime, I'm going to light some candles at church.
