Sitting in the same boat with clients off-boarding from VBM365, accusing us of holding their data ransom...
I know it's not an everyday thing to do a mass export of data, ie, mailboxes, etc. But clients are asking for this. Not always for off-boarding, but some clients would like to archive data themselves.
Edit: Sorry, just want to specify, we have our client data backed up to Azure Blob storage. The idea would be to export the data in a way that they can access it again.
