Then what is your suggestion for those who have their VB365 data on an aging on-prem object storage? Either the hardware or the software will be out of support, we must choose one or the other. I chose to start migrating my customers using rclone, and thankfully it has worked without issues so far. But if an issue does arise, then Veeam "will not be able to assist". This is probably my single worst experience with Veeam so far, leaving your service provider customers in a situation like this.
