VMware vSphere • Upgrade to Veeam 12 question

Hi we are on Veeam 11 and vCenter / ESXi 7.03 and moving to Veeam 12 and vCenter / ESXi 8.03

Whats the best to update first ?

Veeam 11 to Veeam 12
or
vCenter 7.03 to VvCenter 8.03

If vcenter to 8.03 first should I update the ESXi to 8.03 too before Veeam 12.
