Hi,
I took a Full backup of a Postgress VM (2.5TB) crash consistent with Veeam 12.1 and my first backup resulted in 630GB file. (Compression Level: Optimal)
Next I took a backup of the same VM with Rubrik, while I can't see the actual file on Rubrik's file system, the interface is reporting a 300GB file size for the backup. This got me curios, so I deleted the original full taken with Veeam and took another Full with Veeam, which resulted with almost the same files size of 628GB.
If I switch compression to High or Extreme on Veeam size, what kind of CPU hit should I expect? My proxies are older Dell physical boxes with DAS.
Thanks
