I just installed enterprise manager 13 on VSA in my lab.
I tested SAML and tried to download the certificate, but I just get those 404 errors. I have tried with different users, rebooted, and also generated new certificates (the select button works just fine)
I did not yet create a support case since its only a lab but I thought I will ask here if others have also the same issue and if its maybe a bug?
