Soft deleted objects are out of the backup scope - we cannot access them.

I can only provide you an educated guess on the potential root cause. When backing up a team, the corresponding group also has to be protected because of their dependencies. In some cases, a group might be deleted, while the team is still there, and in such a case we try to back up the team and then its corresponding group and fail to access it. This could be the case why you see such error messages.

To confirm the root cause and resolve the issue, it'd be best to open a support ticket and let our engineers investigate logs.
