To make sure I got this right - you are referring to an overview page in Veeam Service Provider Console?an agent goes offline VCC treats this as an error state and that will cause alarms to go off in the overview and the discovery page.
Need assistance from @Vitaliy S..As a service provider we have different payment schemes depending on the total backup storage being used by the customer. At the moment a payment plan can only be set per Gigabyte, and this can of course be fixed by creating multiple plans with different prices but this is a mess to keep track of.
