As discussed outside of the forum, the customer must license all users who have access to protected SharePoint Sites and Teams. While you can exclude Personal SharePoint Sites from the backup, all 150 users may still need to be licensed depending on their access to other protected SharePoint or Teams objects.
You can add the security group to the job and select "Site".

It belongs to a user account, and licensing is based on protected users.I am asking myself why does a personal sharepoint site even consume a license...
Yes, if you only protect Personal SharePoint Sites for 100 users, then license consumption will be 100. Do you see anything different on your end?Lets say in the security group are 100 users, but the entire organization has 150 licensed users I would assume that we are using 100 licenses since we only back up those 100 users.
