My support case closed early as I was on leave, but the jist of it was that they aren't really sure if manually deleting is safe or not, and if no other options seem to work, try renaming something and if nothing else breaks, should be fine to delete it.Any update on this? We are looking into the same thing where we want to delete data from a repository on S3 storage. I just want a toggle that says "Do you want to remove the data while deleting the repository?".
Have not tested yet but on my list of things to do soon...
