Such functionality is basically already there. For each job you can specify how many retries to perform, and on each such retry VB365 will re-run an incremental backup for lists with problematic items. In addition to that, as I said before, we maintain a list of items failed on the previous run and for each of those perform targeted attempts to re-back them up. This approach also helps to maintain the consistency of restore points, which should not only include re-backed up items, but preserve an consistent state of an entire restore point.
