1. No, not only web page. You can also use the usual Windows-based backup console (same as with previous versions). In many cases it's required simply because the Web UI Preview does not have all the features and capabilities available yet.

2. What specific integration are you referring to and what is the actual question under "how about"? We have a number of different plays with Azure and they are all still available, plus V13 brings a new one: ability to perform instant recoveries to Azure.
