Veeam ONE • VONE v13 / VDP Advanced / Cluster witness

Hi there, according to VBR v13's What's New document covering the High Availability section, i think there must be an issue/typo - or i get something wrong here:

While users of VDP Advanced with Veeam ONE deployed can in addition enjoy automated
failovers with Veeam ONE serving as the cluster witness.
High Availability functionality requires VSA 13.0.1 and VDP Premium edition.

As HA is only available to VBR Premium, how could VDP Advanced and VONE act as a witness?
