I think the biggest problem was we are a vxrail customer, lol. I made a large number of changes. I can't point to a single one that seemed to resolve it. Dell/vmware support was....unhelpful. We eliminated veeam as the culprit within a couple of days. 2 big changes, I disabled HA for 24 hours, and I changed the vm's that were in different storage policies in vmware to the default. Not every vm that had the issue was in a different storage policy, but every vm that was affected was in the ha cluster. Could have been a single one of these, could have been the combination. We'll never know. It stopped. It went for nearly a month of nightly breakage, made many minor changes, but those two majors, and it stopped within a couple of days.
