thanks for you reply.
From the new formula I conclude that I must set the value for "max_user_connections". But how do I determine this value? If I do not adjust this value and just use the 800 from the example file then I do not see why the formula is needed at all. because the value for "max_connections(postgresql.auto.conf)" would always be the same (880).
Can you give me a hint how to determine the value for "max_user_connections"? Thanks.
