In my case I installed version 12.2 while my system was part of AD. Then I get the info that AD joined Veeam systems are somehow vulnerable so it is advised to move it to the workgroup which I did (however I rather wanted to update Veeam). Then I were trying to update to 12.3 with same greyed out options as You got. After reconnecting it back to the AD update went smoothly ! ![:D]( "Very Happy")
