Thanks for your patience, confirmed internally that currently no way to retrieve/filter by attributes with the VEAD Powershell cmdlets. Current design is meant for general restore actions.
Will discuss further improvements here, but unfortunately no means for what you're trying to accomplish with the VEAD cmdlets. (And could not think of any reasonable workarounds regrettably)
