Please take a look at the Custom Infrastructure report.
Select object type: VMware vCenter and vSphere Host System
Then choose columns such as Name and Product, for example. This will return the names and full version details. You can also select version and build as separate columns if needed.

Note that IP addresses are not available for these high-level objects. You can use the Inventory report to find IP addresses.
From there, you can identify the relevant objects and their property names to reuse in a Custom Infrastructure report.
