Hi all,
there is a Regkey which resolves this issue.
If the volume to backup is a DP Volume - that's important because it only works for read-only DP volumes - then you can use this RegKey.
NASFailoverToDirectBackup
Type: REG_DWORD
Default value: 0 (disabled)
Description: This Regkey forces NAS Backup to backup direct from NetApp Share instead of NetApp Storage Snapshot. This is usefull for secondary SnapMirror Targets that doesn't allow a storage snapshot.
Without RegKey

With RegKey set

@VeeamPM: Maybe this could be automatic if Veeam detects the Volume Type DP, because this volumes are Read-Only by default.
