Thanks for the confirmation, Markus! Great to hear customer's access is restored.
Sorry that you encountered this issue - R&D are investigating how it occurred. I'll summarise the current situation here for everyone checking this thread -

- An issue was discovered in VRO build 7.2.1.286 (July 8, 2025) which can cause lockout of the UI when MFA is enabled.

- We've confirmed the fix and it's available now from our support team.

- We've updated the VDP-Premium ISO on veeam.com - this now contains VRO 7.2.1.290 (July 17th, 2025). When upgrading VRO using this version, the MFA issue will not occur.

- Customers who have installed the previous 7.2.1.286 build do not need to take any action, unless they wish to enable MFA - in which case contact our support team for the simple fix. Note that this .286 build will be fully supported for future upgrades.

The above information is already available on the Veeam Orchestrator releases page KB4358. There will also be a new KB article published with the specifics of the MFA issue, I'll update this thread soon with the link.

If anyone has further queries or concerns, please post here, or raise a call with Veeam support.
