Thank you for that. I can see my Windows clients and retrieve logs there. However, for my Mac clients, when I expand the "Mac Clients" folder under "Physical Infrastructure" no Mac clients are listed. Should I be able to retrieve Mac client logs from the VBR server? Thanks!
