Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows • [Bug] Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows 6.3.2.1205 doesn't remember file selections correctly

I've noticed what seems like a bug in Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows version 6.3.2.1205 (latest). On one computer, I use the Backup Mode File level backup (slower) due to only needing specific directories of files backed up and not the whole system. This has worked great for quite some time.

Recently, I added a new path by checking it in the Files screen under The following file system objects. Once I checked it, I clicked Finish and saved the job. When the next backup job ran, I noticed it didn't save any of the files I'd just selected. When I went back to check the settings I'd applied, the check boxes were gone on the items I'd selected.

Here's what I've been backing up successfully:
•D:\Users\<Username>\ - All items under this username checked, but under AppData, only Roaming was checked
•E:\Program Files\<ProgramName>\ - 2 subdirectories inside this program that contain important data

This was working fine. I then added:
•D:\Users\<Username>\Local\ - checked Local, but unchecked one subdirectory. This is what caused the issue I discovered.
•D:\Users\<Username>\LocalLow\ - checked LocalLow, this worked fine and saved correctly

The end result is that Local is *not* backed up, even though I checked it.

So what happened? If I try to check (select) Local, but deselect a directory from Local (a cache directory that I don't want), the whole tree becomes unchecked.
•Edit the backup job and select the Files tab. All files selected above are checked.
•Expand the tree to D:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\. Check Local, and uncheck an application folder in here
•Click Finish to save the job (clicking Next and clicking Apply at the end has the same effect; I tried both)
•Edit the job again and select the Files tab
•Expand the tree to D:\Users\<Username>\AppData\. The whole Local folder is now unchecked.

Here's another weird behavior. Let's say I do the inverse of the above. So, start with LocalLow and Roaming inside the user profile being checked/selected for backup. From here:
•Edit the backup job and select the Files tab. All profile folders for the user (except AppData\Local inside the profile), and the E:\ path are checked.
•Expand the tree to D:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\, and check/select ONLY a single subfolder in Local.
•Click Finish to save the job.
•Edit the job again and select the Files tab
•Expand the tree to D:\Users\<Username>\AppData\. The single directory inside of Local is now checked, but LocalLow and Roaming have now become unchecked, even though I never deselected them.

Weirder yet, if, at this point while still editing, I check/select LocalLow and Roaming again, and save, they stay checked when I open the job again, and so is the subfolder inside of Local that I don't want.

But wait, we're not finished! While still editing after checking the above, if I then only do these two things:
•Uncheck the subfolder in AppData\Local I don't want
•Check AppData\Local
•Uncheck the subfolder in AppData\Local I don't want again (because it became checked again by the step above)
•Save the job and open it again.

This works. AppData\Local is selected, but one subfolder isn't, and LocalLow and Roaming are both selected.

However! If I try to uncheck one subfolder a few down from the application folder inside of Local, the whole subtree down from that application becomes unchecked.

Long story still long, something seems quite broken with file selections.
