Veeam Backup & Replication • [MERGED] Feature request: Global blackout window

On the rare occasions that we have to perform vCenter or VBR maintenace during the time that backups normally run (aka after business hours), we'd like the ability to put the VBR into an "ease off" state, where running backups are allowed to complete but new backups can't start for the first hour or so, and then close the window entirely to allow us to complete our maintenance without customer interruption or backup failure. As an example, if we needed to take vCenter down at 8pm, the "ease off" window would be scheduled to begin at 7pm, which would (hopefully) allow running backups the time they need to complete but would prevent new backups from kicking off, followed by a termination of all running backups at 8pm (essentially the same as configuring a window on a backup job).
