We are surely exploring more in depth, granular Access Management, including IDP and RBAC but that is not included on upcoming release.
In v13 we are bringing truly granular filtering for every report, so you can customize all the necessary reports per backup server, or really by anything that it can be filtered, and give access to every different admin with the option from Saved Reports - Share.
That is available today as well, but a bit less flexible, give it a try.
