Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows • Recovery Media not booting at all

I got in touch with a HP Omnibook laptop (BK8C9EA) which is currently not capable of generate a bootable media.
As matter of fact, after USB drive generation, I select the EFI USB as boot source, but the spinning tape do not appear.
-Verbatim 16gb flash drive: successfully generated, not booting
-Kingston 8gb flash drive: successfully generated, not booting
-Iso created, than flased using Rufus on flash drive, not booting

All boot media generations took place after installing 2025-06 Windows 11 updates.

Any suggestion is appreciated
