Of course there is no http or https traffic involved when talking VHR, besides traffic to the VHR repo.
So its enough to put some address for a proxy on level 4, in the http proxy field, aslong as that proxy (on level 4) got https access to https://repository.veeam.com ?
It wont work to point to a VHR on level 4, that got direct access to https://repository.veeam.com
Or should it be a real http/https proxy?
