Veeam Backup & Replication • Tuning Backup Copy jobs

Howdy,
We have about a dozen Backup Copy jobs on a single VBR 12 which source different sites (50-100 VMs/site) and target a SOBR.

• Each site has its own repo and proxy
  The sites have bandwidth limitations
  The jobs target a scaled VBR (16vCPUs/32GB RAM) and a SOBR with 2 performance extents and one capacity (S3) extent
  The target has 10GbE WAN, 10GbE LAN and fast storage

Recently we have been having trouble keeping up with RPO on the Backup Copy jobs. Does anyone have any recommendations for tuning?
