Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 • Help governance for restore portal

Hello,

My customer is backing up all the entire organization composed by 10 differents geographical sites.
Each site has a local admin IT team.

1 VBM365 server all in one exist to backup all the data of all the users because they are all synced to the same Azure Tenant with clous sync agent.

I would like to know 2 things :
-Is it possible to restrict restoration only to local admin IT ? I mean, I know I have to use restore operator feature but how to be efficient to manage it ? All the data are on the same tenant, the only difference is the user domain. That means it should be easy to manage one drive / and exchange but for Sharepoint and Teams, is there a solution better than select manually all what I want ?

-Is it possible to disable self service restore for users to allow only admin to restore data ?
