It is a cereative way that Sangfor uses our backups with their snapshots. They create a storage snapshot of the data and then use Veeam NAS file backup or other methods to backup the data. You need to reach out to Sangfor to get more details as it is their own backup method and needs to be supported by them.
You can use Veeam Agents and Bare Metal restore for backup with Veeam regular support as an alternative. As well cross platform restores possible that way (see above discussion).
