I'm having the same issue. How actually did you allow the connection from the worker to the Veeam host?Update:
The workers opens its own connections during the process back to the Veaam server. So even with a statefull firewall you have to allow the connection from the Worker to the Veeam Host too for the connections starting from the worker itself.
Now that I did this change in the firewall it is working.
