Could you please answer a question for me? When restoring RDS from an S3 level image, can Veeam Backup for AWS bring the grants and privileges of the DB Owner that already exists in the database?

Could you please answer a question for me? When restoring RDS from an S3 level image, can Veeam Backup for AWS bring the grants and privileges of the DB Owner that already exists in the database?

We have a scenario where the DBA reported that the grants were not brought in after two restore attempts.
