I edited /opt/veeam/transport/VeeamTransportConfig and changed the log path by modifying BaseLogDirectory, I restarted all veeam services and the following three files were created in the new path

VeeamEnvironmentSvc.log
VeeamImmutableRepoSvc.log
VeeamTransportSvc.log

The log file in question "VeeamTapeProxySvc.log" is sill located in /var/log

I then tried to edit /opt/veeam/tapeproxy/VeeamTapeProxyConfig which only had two lines, ServicePort and BackupServer, I added BaseLogDirectory and restarted veeamtapeproxy.service, which had no effect.

Please advise how I can change the location of VeeamTapeProxySvc.log
