Veeam Backup & Replication • [FEATURE REQUEST] Show search progress

Hi,

Sometimes, when performing a search in backups, the list of results may remain empty or incomplete for many seconds because the search is so long.
It would be nice to know if the search is still running.

Maybe add a message when there's no results.
