Hello,
since version 12.2, there is a registry key to mitigate the consequences of many jobs starting at the same time. It helps controlling job pacing/reduce VBR CPU load/increase stability of big VBR configurations that deal with a high degree of job parallelism. Job initialization will only start when given a free slot, either during start, where all slots are free, or after a job releases infrastructure and a slot is freed.
recommendation: start with 10 and decrease / increase by 2 to see how it goes.
