I think a Support Case is probably best here; "incomplete" means as it tells, there is a restore point, but it does not allow for full recoverability, though at the moment it's not clear why some of the restore points show as incomplete. My first guess would be that tapes that had part of the backup chain got erased or overwritten, but this is just a guess.
Please open a Support case as advised and share the case number once created. Be sure to include logs from the affected tape job for Support to review.
