KVM (RHV, OLVM, Proxmox VE) • backup appliance deployment error on olvm

Hello,

For several days I've been stuck on a level of the deployment process of the VM appliance backup despite multiple attempts.
I get an error message:
“Failed to upload the installation image to the backup appliance”.
“Failed to deploy the backup appliance: Cannot access a closed Stream”.
This message appears after deploying and starting the VM on olvm.
I need your support.
